    A private client relationship begins with a confidential consultation — typically by WhatsApp, video, or a private visit. Once intent and dates are confirmed, a dedicated concierge manager is assigned and an NDA can be put in place at the client's request. No bookings or supplier conversations occur before that point.
    Yes. NDA-based engagement is available on request and is standard for high-profile families. We do not publish client names, share itineraries with third parties, or feature any traveler in marketing without explicit written consent. Internal access is restricted to the assigned concierge team only.
    We work with verified halal-certified properties and, where required, place a halal chef in-residence (private lodges, villas, yachts). Daily itineraries are built around prayer times, and Ramadan travel includes pre-arranged Suhoor and Iftar at every stop. Alcohol-free environments are arranged in full, not partially.
