The journey at a glance
Four distinct chapters of Kenya: a gentle arrival, the wild privacy of Laikipia, the elephants of Amboseli and a grand finale in the Maasai Mara, linked by short scenic flights.
Every journey is designed around your dates, pace, interests and preferred style of travel. This itinerary is a starting point, not a fixed package.
Chapter 1 · Nairobi · 1 night
Arrival in Nairobi
A calm beginning, so the journey starts rested rather than rushed.

Day 1
A considered arrival
Your Journey Manager meets you on arrival and a private driver takes you to a quiet garden lodge. Dinner, a short briefing on the days ahead, and time to rest.
Chapter 2 · Laikipia · 2 nights
Laikipia: Wild Privacy
Private conservancies beneath Mount Kenya, where conservation and community shape every experience.

Day 2
Walking with the guardians of the rhino
A short scenic flight north. In the afternoon you walk with rangers who protect some of Kenya's rhinos.

Day 3
The slow rhythm of the north
A morning camel walk along a sand river with Samburu guides; the rest of the day is yours.
Chapter 3 · Amboseli · 2 nights
Amboseli: Space, Elephants and Kilimanjaro
Great elephant families moving across open plains, with Africa's highest mountain on the horizon.

Day 4
Elephants beneath Kilimanjaro
Your guide plans drives around the light and the animals, not a fixed timetable.

Day 5
Stories by the fire
Visit a Maasai community at their invitation, with a local host. A conversation, not a performance.
Chapter 4 · Maasai Mara · 3 nights
Maasai Mara: The Grand Finale
A private conservancy on the edge of the reserve: fewer vehicles, night drives and guided walks.

Day 6
Into the great plains
A light aircraft to the Mara, and your first afternoon drive across the plains.

Day 7
Sunrise from the sky
An optional balloon flight at sunrise, followed by breakfast in the bush.

Day 8
A table under the acacia
A full day in the wild with lunch under a lone acacia. In migration season, your guide follows the river crossings.

Day 9
A last golden morning
A final drive, then a flight to Nairobi for your onward connection, or an extension to the coast, Zanzibar or Tanzania.
