Carolynne is the visionary Director anf Founder of Thriveor Concierge Group, bringing over fifteen years of distinguished experience in tourism, hospitality, and luxury travel management. Her strategic leadership and intuitive understanding of discerning client expectations have shaped Thriveor into a distinguished concierge brand that seamlessly blends authenticity, personalization, and ethical luxury.
Prior to founding Thriveor, Carolynne held senior roles at a leading hospitality institution in Mombasa and the Kenya Wildlife Service, where she drove market expansion, elevated brand positioning, and delivered exceptional client satisfaction. Her career achievements—including recognition by the World Luxury Awards and the prestigious 2021 Manager of the Year accolade—reflect her unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in the luxury travel sector.
Carolynne holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Moi University and a Practitioner's Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Society of Kenya. Ali brings over 15 years of high-level operational, technical, and leadership experience to his role as Head of Operations at Thriveor Concierge Group. With a distinguished background directing complex projects for major institutions—including the Private Sector, County Government, and Parastatals—Ali has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and world-class service delivery.
At Thriveor, Ali oversees the full operations spectrum that enables seamless luxury travel experiences for our clients. His role spans service quality assurance, partner and destination coordination, workflow optimization, and end-to-end management of the guest journey. Ali ensures that every itinerary, every touchpoint, and every logistic element meets the elevated expectations of discerning travelers who choose Thriveor for exclusivity and excellence.
As the lead for Thriveor's Halal Portfolio, Ali plays a pivotal role in curating premium, authentically Halal-compliant travel experiences tailored to Muslim clients. His deep understanding of Halal standards—combined with his meticulous operational discipline—ensures that accommodations, dining, excursions, and concierge services adhere to the highest levels of faith-aligned integrity without compromising luxury.
Ali holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems & Technology. His technical foundation strengthens Thriveor's operational systems, allowing the company to run with the efficiency, confidentiality, and attention to detail expected in luxury travel management.
